The days are getting shorter... the nights (and days) are getting cooler... can only mean... the beginning of Fall. Please note the wording there... the BEGINNING of Fall (as in not the 'end of summer'). We look at to many things in life as 'endings' instead of a new beginning and opportunity. The air in the fall is like a fresh breeze to me. Yes, Spring is the season known for re-birth and new growth... but having had the opportunity over the last week to go out on my deck for a few minutes in the morning, the air is refreshing...a bit of a chill, yah... but refreshing to me.
Lately I feel my life has been rejuvinated. Some new opportunities at work, a strong and loving marriage, friends and family who I love and who love me.... life is good.
The newest addition to the Stephens household is a 2011 Zinger Travel Trailer (aka a Camper). This isn't your 1970s pop-up by any means! To me, it's a hotel room on wheels... sure to be filled with great memories of time spent together. The first trip is planned for Oct. 8 to Black Moshannon State Park. John's folks really wanted to go out for another week, so we will set it up for them. We are hopin to stay the weekend, but not able to stay for the week due to work. I'm already brainstorming on places to go in the Spring and throughout the summer... think a week in Rehoboth, a girls get-away to Raystown, long weekends at all the places in PA that I've never been to!
