life update...

OK... so my dear wonderful and bestest friend has a blog--he's had it for months and I just learned about it. Wow, do I suck!!!! You know I still love ya!!

So here I go... I'll try to update this & keep you in the loop of my life...

This year has been just amazing... must be because of the wonderful week at Disney that started it out!!! ;-) I never in my life imagined being where I am now... finding someone I could share every aspect of my life with--mind, body, and soul. It's truly been a whirlwind... so, here's a summary:

January 2008--Introduced John to the family. It was a risk... I did not know what the relationship was at the time. Just a few weeks later he told me that he loved me as we danced to "Amazed" by Lonestar. He's amazed me ever since!

In early January, I was off to Disney to cheer my dear friend, Jackie, in the Disney Marathon... ok, it was a great excuse for a trip there... the 4 of us had a wonderful time! Little did we know the souvenir that Scott & Jackie would bring back (baby George is due any day now...lol).

February.... started with John's dad having a routine knee surgery....The day he was expected to be released, he had a major heart attack & double bypass. I was immediately "in" with his family--being there with them through the surgery... I guess I knew I was "in" when John told me that as all of them went back to see his Dad before surgery, I waited in the waiting room to watch purses & such... His Dad said "someone's missing".. And asked "Where's Jen"....

A lot of this year is a blur--especially March - April as John's dad continued recovery. I spent pretty much every weekend at John's apartment, working on school stuff during the week.

In April my best friend met my boyfriend....and I think he approved...at least, I hope so!!

The summer flew by, with camping trips in the beginning, middle, and end... yah.. me camping.. go figure.

Since the last Sat in August, I've been traveling to Loretto each Saturday for class from 1-5. It's my last 3 credits ..... so close to graduation! Just one take-home exam and class away....
